The Back Strengthening set brings together the
action of the back in relationship to the hips, legs,
abdominals, and arms. By finding that harmony in
the body and how it all connects to the mind, your back

The Hip Opener set works at engaging the legs,
gluts, and abdominal yet lengthening the hamstrings,
quads, and back. It is this delicate balance of opening
and strengthening that will create flexible, healthy hips, necessary for ease in standing, walking, and every

The Balance Set takes into account the major muscle
groups needed to create balance: the back, hips, feet,
and most importantly the abdominals. Whatever area
