union of body, mind and spirit is achieved.

herself, she brings a blend of yoga styles to her classes; from basic
Hatha,
to Kundalini yoga, to Pranayama (breathwork), to various
meditation
techniques. Grace's style lends itself to both the

the seasoned practitioner.
