Yoga

Yoga is an ancient East Indian term that translates as “yoke” or
“union.” Using specific breathing techniques, postures (with attention
to proper body alignment), and focusing the mind on the present
moment, the union of body, mind and spirit is achieved.

Grace's classes appeal to a variety of people of all ages.  Her playful
approach keeps students engaged and entertained.  A constant student
herself, she brings a blend of yoga styles to her classes; from basic
Hatha, to Kundalini yoga, to Pranayama (breathwork), to various
meditation techniques.  Grace's style lends itself to both the
beginning student and the seasoned practitioner.

Come visit any one of her classes and you will walk away
feeling refreshed, connected to your being, and invigorated.
